职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
? Attend some intake meetings together with Recruiter
? Conduct extensive market mapping and create company target lists
? Execute headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies as an internal headhunter
? Phone screen or face-to-face interview candidates and shortlist qualified candidates to Recruiter
? Build up talent pool and candidate database for the Company

Qualifications:
? At least 2 years’ candidate sourcing experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must-have requirement
? Hands-on candidate sourcing experience in more than two functions such as R&D, Medical, Sales, Marketing, Government Affairs, Market Access, Key Account, and etc.
? Ability to work with different recruitment tools and systems
? Hard working, proactive work attitude, teamwork, quick learner
? Ability to work effectively with Recruiter, HRBP and Hiring Managers
? Fluent English, both verbal and in writing 举报 分享
