职位描述：

ProjectManager

Responsibilities

• Manage thedevelopment of all project activities from the initiation to the closure,covering the scope of all Functions,

• Develop,with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to dateduring the life of the project.

• Isresponsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources andschedule

• Organize,lead and motivate the project team and synchronize his team with the otherteams,

• Understandsolution requirements, implement it and validate it with solution team

• Challengethe functions (including marketing) to take ownership of the project objectives

• Lead thedecision making process at the project level and at the right time

• Identify therisks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans

• Manage theoverall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation,propose and implement corrective actions

• Provide theproject evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis

Requirement

• Experiencein minimum 2 functions (marketing or other positions with customer exposure,Design, Quality, Industrialization etc….)

• ProjectManagement, Scheduling, Finance in projects (ROI, COGS), marketing, broad viewon all discipline processes

• Commit toachieve results
