Key Responsibilities:
1. Hand customer orders and forecast, answer the call from customer to check the lead time and inventory.
2. Arrange the sample per the project request, ensure the correct sample arrive on site on time.
3. Communicate with both internal departments and customers to ensure all related issues, customer orders, forecast, Quotation, RMA, complaint, and all requirements can be taken care of and resolved in timely and efficient manner.
4. Set up the regular conference call with customers to review all action items and issues.
5. Be responsible for tracking AR.
6. Paperwork creating and Documents filing.
7. Maintain and improve the relationship with the customer.

Job Qualifications:
1. Need to be patient and thoughtful; can work under pressure.
2. Have sense to see overall situation and can make overall plans for the projects.
3. Capable of handling multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
4. Good communication skill.
5. University degree in English related majors
6. Good English writing and speaking are must
7. Basic SCM & customer service knowledge, proficient in Office software operation, JDE usage is an advantage.
8. At least 3 years experiences in customer service related.
