MicroE Sales Application Engineer

Overall Purpose:

l Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting and selling MicroE products through professional sales techniques, product service, and long term customer relationship.

Responsibilities

l Meet and exceed sales targets, achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through direct / indirect approaching

l Indentify potential growth areas, and open new accounts.

l Increase market share by calling on target accounts, present marketing and advertising programs and new products, handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct customers training and seminars, collect competitive infomation. Handle and resolve problems and complaints, and collect overdue receivables.

l Sell all MicroE products, but concentrate on developing application and value added selling.

l Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.

l Negotiate delivery, availability, warranty, and pricing for discontinued items. Follow up on back orders.

l Maintain accounts receivables in compliance with objective.

l Conduct customer education and product information meetings.

l Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.

l Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for MicroE products.

l Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.

l Create customer sales programs.

Requirements

l Bachelor degree major in Electric/Automation or relevant

l Good understanding of linear/rotary encoders

l Hands on experience of encoder applications

l 5 years related experience in similar industry

l Selfmotivated, proactive, resultorientation, good team player, willing to success.

l Good listening, writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese

l Accept to work under pressure

l Willing to learn

l A selforganization, persistence in following up, cooperativeness, selfconfidence person

Sales Engineer, Micro-E

(欧美性质全球性集团公司,自动化工控,仪表一线品牌.在华业务扩充,发展空间广阔,福利丰厚.)

Experiences:

l 3+ years working experiences which at least have 2 years sales experiences to end users and OEMs, prior experience with proven track record in Automation industry is a plus

l Working experience in Foreign Direct Investment enterprise preferred


Education:

l Bachelor degree with major in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.


Responsibilities

l Promote MicorE products to OEMs and end users in Eastern China

l Responsible for increasing sales in existing clients

l Seeking new customers to achieve monthly / yearly sales target

l Establish and maintain adequate contact with key accounts in relate industry, build up solid, long-lasting business relationship with customers’ key people

l Market information collection


Requirements/Knowledge/Languages:

l Excellent interpersonal communication skill, good team spirit and adaptability

l Strengths in problem solving and conflict resolution

l Proven ability to work under pressure, completing tasks in a meticulous and professional manner

l Good business sense and excellent negotiation skills;

l Good knowledge of mechanical

l Read and write in English is required

l Familiar with PC application such as MS office

l Applicant must be a self-starter and willing to travel frequently
