Firmware Engineer（美国500强通讯产品亚太区研发中心职位，丰厚的薪资福利待遇和海外培训机会）

Responsibilities:
? Implement firmware according to specification and develop embedded software for small consumer electronics such as wired and wireless headset systems. Accept guidance from senior firmware engineers.
? Work with QA on qualifying code for mass production
? Collaborate with members of team in other disciplines(engineering, QA, program management, product marketing)
? DSP development if the candidate is highly capable
? Work with other worldwide design centers and suppliers on joint development

Requirements:
? Knowledge of C/C++, embedded RTOS and wireless protocol such as Bluetooth, DECT, GSM, USB etc.
? Fast learner and history of high competence
? Broad experience with many microprocessor architectures very useful.
? DSP development experience for acoustic processing is very desirable
? At least 1 year experience in product development of embedded systems. Wireless or audio experience is a big plus
? Some electrical engineering understanding would be greatly helpful
? Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and strong interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work with others in a widely-disbursed, fast-paced team environment.
? Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic or software or related specialty

? Provide guidance to other members of the firmware team
? Work with QA on qualifying code for mass production
? Develop new technologies/technology platforms
? Collaborate with members of team in other disciplines(engineering, QA, program management, product marketing)
? DSP development if the candidate has previous experience
? Work with other worldwide design centers and suppliers on joint development

Requirements:
? In depth knowledge of C/C++, embedded RTOS and wireless protocol such as Bluetooth, DECT, GSM, USB etc. are big pluses. Broad experience with multiple microprocessor architectures very useful
? DSP development experience for acoustic processing is a bonus
? At least 5 years experience in product development of embedded systems. Wireless or audio experience is a big plus
