Telesales Supervisor –欧美独资耳麦耳机制造商新设岗位,可以组建自己团队,直接向AP CEO汇报.有大量海外培训机会,location:苏州,要求:英文流利.能直接和老外沟通.
The Inside Sales/Business Development Supervisor is primarily focused on creating new end-user demand in the China and India contact centers. This person will be a working supervisor who drives a team + has responsibility to make sales calls to end user companies to develop new business for Plantronics.
The individual will lead a team to contact end user companies directly, either from a list of target companies or from leads.
When calling into these companies, the IS SUPV will find decision makers, determine the needs of the company, size the opportunity and make headsets recommendations accordingly.
The IS SUPV will work closely with the field sales team and the channel partner to close sales.
This position requires an individual fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
The IS SUPV will carry an individual revenue target + team revenue target and be compensated with base salary + commission.
Duties & Responsibilities
80% new business development. 20% Channel development - Commercial Distribution and Dealer.
Primary responsibility is to lead a team to contact end user companies, qualify the accounts, find opportunities and sell Plantronics solutions to new Contact Center customers.
The IS SUPV will lead the team to make calls to end user accounts from a marketing list or from leads provided by the sales team.
The IS SUPV will offer product samples to qualified customers for a trial basis and then follow-up on the trial and then close the sale or retrieve the sample. The IS SUPV will record contacts, calls and results in SalesForce.com which is the CRM tool.
The ISR will build close working relationships with the field sales team and the channel partner sales teams which will be critical to their success.
The Ideal Candidate:
This Inside Sales SUPV should be a sales driven individual who enjoys the solutions selling process.
Being a team player is absolutely essential to the success of this individual as well as the team as a whole.
They will have 5+ years of successful B2B sales / Account experience in the Telecomm Industry including 2+ years supervising and leading a sales team.
Education
University degree.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales experience
2+ years team lead or supervisor.
Previous technical sales experience (Electronics, HW, SW or technical solutions).
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
