(欧美独资公司，高端化学产品领域-全球最大PVB膜生产厂商，苏州工业园区招聘电气工程师，希望5年以上电气维修管理经验，懂西门子plc，伺服电机，英语口语良好的人应聘)
上班地点：苏州工业园区（公司有班车接送）
Summary of Responsibility
Provides Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly.
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure the maintenance team are meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives.
2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
3. Responsible for strong skill support from electrical side to ensure maintenance high performance.
4. Troubleshoot and investigates electrical and instrumental failures.
5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition
6. Support maintenance supervisor to ensure equipment and utility running smoothly meet production requirement.
7. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost
8. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts
9. Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project
10. Coach and Manage a team of Electrical & Instrumental and utility technician.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor degree or above with professional automatic control background
Above 5 years’ electrical maintenance working experience, good at trouble shooting
Familiar with SIEMENS PLC programming and Servo motor control system
Able to read and draw electrical prints and ladder diagram
Good team work spirit and strong responsibility
Able to read and speak English (conversation level)
