Shift Supervisor
(欧美独资公司，高端化学产品领域-全球最大PVB膜生产厂商，苏州工业园区招聘翻班主管，希望5年以上生产管理经验，，英语口语良好的人应聘)
上班地点：苏州工业园区（公司有班车接送）
Key Accountabilities
1) Ensure the shift team are meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health(ESH) requirements and objectives
2) Manage a team of production operators and technicians
3) Make sure the production line running smoothly.
4) Coordinates production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost, quality and production KPIs.
5) Troubleshoot problem of process and equipment, Continuously improve production productivity and quality
6) Responsible to set up guidelines for all personnel in the shift team and provide relevant development for career advancement and succession.
7) Responsible for training operator and technicians.
8) Responsible for 5S of production area
Qualifications and Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above.
2) Profession in Mechanical or Industry or chemical automation
3) Have 5 years or above relevant working experience
4) Good English spoken and written
5) Hand on and flexible
6) Good team player and strong responsibility
7) Willing to work in shift
