HR Specialist – C&B(世界500强化工行业美国独资公司,薪资福利丰厚,未来有机会转作HR Generalist,大量培训机会)
任职要求:
University Degree, with at least 3 years on C&B relevant HR experience.
Confident communicator in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Highly conversant and have good working knowledge of local employment legislation, HR best practice and quality systems.
Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to delivering work in better than expected quality and time.
Be able to multi-task and be hands-on in carrying out HR responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
Be self-motivated, pro-active and mature, with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills. In addition, you should be flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Effective problem solving skills with customer service mindset and highly aware of the business needs.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills and have an eye for detail.
Comfortable working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds and varying seniority levels.
职位职责:
1.Training--Developing Training policies & programs as well as communicating to all departments to ensure compliance with procedures.
2.Recruitment—Work with hiring department to implement recruitment plans of plant, select and research talents.
3.Payroll Administration –- Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration as well as follow the required legal guidelines.
4.Performance Management - Provide advice to the various leads on the performance management framework; assist with the roll-out of processes and tools and guiding them on the various aspects of performance management (objective setting, feedback, appraisals, development).
5.Day-to-day administration and effective implementation of HR policies.
6.Employee labor contract management. Maintain and update personnel documentation.
7.Programs by translating them into local practices.
8.Play an active role on organizing company activities.
