职位描述
TARGET
? Support application team and sales team in developing / testing various (old and new) coating system
? Make and test sample in Shanghai lab for both internal (R&T) and external customer.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assists in developing new products/systems using materials/intermediates available in order to meet customers' requirements
? Prepare wet and coated samples I order to be presented to customers for assessment
? Maintain a well-organized laboratory (housekeeping) in order to provide a highly productive working environment and keeping high SHE standards
? Conduct application testing's within the laboratory in order to assess the stability of the products/systems to meet customers' requirements
? Provide technical and application support at Company's premises in order to assist and equip customers with product knowledge
? Recommendation of various coating systems, availability of products, follow-up and after sales service for customers
? Build and maintain relationship with customers/agents in order to enhance communication and goodwill
CONTRIBUTION FRAME
Dimension of the problems (briefly describes the most difficult and complex situations that you solve in your job)
Analyzing of customers request and selecting best possible advice (communication) in suitable products, processes and substrate.
Independence regarding decision making (Describes the kind of supervision or the performance principles, the post is subject to)
After training person should be indepent able to start and close projects with minimum support from application manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
University degree holder in Chemical, material science or chemical engineering
Knowledge and Experience:
? + 7 years working experience in coating industry
? Exposure to coating industry (synthetic or auto or textile or technical preferred)
? Support application team and sales team in developing / testing various (old and new) coating system
? Make and test sample in Shanghai lab for both internal (R&T) and external customer.
