职位描述
Job Output:
¨ Be responsible for production schedule. Coordinate and communicate with internal customer regarding fulfilling the sales order. Initiate the production schedule efficiency at cost.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
¨ Convert US demand plan into Production Schedule.
¨ Follow Manufacturing Rules while doing the schedule
¨ Participate weekly logistics conference with US planning group
¨ Chair plant weekly production schedule meeting.
¨ Post/Publish weekly schedule plans and make sure it is up to date.
¨ Maintain and update safety stocks for RM and FG.
¨ Plan raw material requirements and provide Purchasing Agent with the monthly materials requirement.
¨ Be responsible in RM/GIP/FG inventory turns.
¨ Maintain item master in BPCS
¨ Participate in the yearly raw materials stock check coordinated by finance.
¨ Advise logistics assistant of booking information and shipment confirmation.
¨ BOM maintenance in BPCS.
¨ Schedule conformance report to Lancaster.
¨ Perform other tasks as required.
Organizational Relationships:
¨ Reports to Sr. Logistics Manager, China (temp.)
Key Customers and Suppliers:
¨ Internal
- Plant production department
- Plant quality department
- Armstrong US Planning group
- Armstrong China sales team
Measures of Effectiveness:
¨ Schedule conformance,
¨ Inventory turn
¨ Downtime caused by raw material's shortage.
Education & Work Experience:
¨ University degree or above
¨ At least two years related planning experience both in production planning and materials planning
¨ Familiar with ERP system of the related module
¨ Experiences of people management will be a plus
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
¨ Good command of English both in written and oral
¨ Communication skills
¨ Analysis and planning skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
¨ Work in office and plant workshop also.
