Job Output: 岗位概述：
¨ Make sure facilities & utilities running in good condition, provide good support for production requirements. meanwhile in line with GB norms of fire fighting, safety, environment etc. governmental requirements.
确保厂房及公用设施良好运转，根据生产的要求提供技术支持，同时根据政府要求的GB标准对工厂的消防、安全、环境进行管理。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 重要的工作职责和责任：
¨ Current: during construction
- Assist manager to build the new factory building. i.g. Proposal, design review, follow AC related policy, requirement etc.
协助维修经理参与新厂房的建设，例如提出建议，检查设计方案、执行AC政策要求等等。
- Take responsible to all the official approve procedure and documentation of building construction.
负责厂房基建的所有官方批准流程及文件准备。
- Supervise and participate in building construction. i.g. construction safety, environmental and technical routine management. Process audit.
管理及参与厂房建设，例如土建安全，环境及日常技术管理。流程审查。
- Supervise construction supplier can follow AC. related policy and National regulation requirement.
管理土建供应商遵从相应政策及国家规章要求。
- Supervise construction supplier can follow design requirement.
管理土建供应商按照设计的要求进行施工。
- Supervise all other contracted suppliers work in new building construction, follow AC related policy, requirement etc.
管理新的土建项目中所有合同供应商工作。
¨ Future: After construction
- Set up routine and preventive maintenance plan.
建立日常及预防性维修计划。
- Supervise and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance.
管理及参与预防性维修工作。
- Organize the daily work of maintenance section.
组织安排日常的维修工作。
- Develop subordinates' skill and knowledge by on job coaching.
在工作中培养下属的工作知识及技能。
- Control Operation and maintenance Cost
控制运营及维修成本。
- Keep and update all related equipments documentation and inspection & maintenance record.(ISO 9001 system requirement)
保存及更新相关设备文件及检测和维修记录（根据ISO9001体系的要求）
- Organize and implement equipment related innovation project.
组织及实施设备改进项目。
- Act as a 5S promoting team member to implement EHS policy and standards, ensure compliance with local legislation.
作为5S推广团队成员之一来推动实施安全健康卫生的政策及标准，确保其合规性。
- Supervise and guide sub-contractors activities, involved construction, repair, maintenance, security, visitors etc.
管理及指导分包商行为，参与土建、维修、安全等等

Organizational Relationships:
¨ Reports to Maintenance Manager.向维修经理汇报。

Qualifications Required 资质要求：
¨ More than 5 years of working experience in multinational company.
5年以上跨国企业相关工作经验。
¨ Familiar with utility equipments(Central A/C, compressor, network & telephone system, cooling water, chilled water system, hot oil system, electrical power supply, compressed air etc.),
熟悉公共设施设备（中央空调，空压机，电话网络，冷冻机，热油系统，配电，压缩空气等等）。
¨ special equipments(Crane, forklift, elevator etc.)
熟悉一些特种安全设备（ 吊车，卡车，电梯等等）。
¨ College/university above degree, major in facility or utility is preferred.
大专及以上学历，专业是设备或公共设施优先。
¨ Good command of English is preferred
英文良好优先考虑。
¨ Good computer skill and computer operation system knowing, be capable of operation of Micosoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.
电脑技能，能够操作办公应用软件及读懂Autocad并能简单修改.
¨ Good communication skills, broad knowledge of industrial control, good teamwork player and good teamwork spirit. 5S,TPM and ISO14001&9001 experience is preferred.
良好的沟通能力，掌握宽泛的工业控制知识，团队合作者。 优先考虑有5S, 预防性维修和ISO14001&9001经验者
