KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Get the information for updating the site master plan by AUTOCAD or Micro station.
? Organize the filing of the drawings, and update the current drawings (including
? Architecture,structure,water pipe,E&I,P&ID etc.) according to the instructions.
? Actively get information about new building structures on site.
? Coordinate all survey's work on the site.
? Update and input the as-build drawing according to the survey data.
? Check as-build documentation against planning documents.
? Check delivered documents from external company's.
? Support site engineering and project engineering to check the drawing documentation and finish the required design.
? Coordinate between site engineering and other departments to finish the instruction work.
? Keep the as-built document tracing.
? Provide the service for the building maintenance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
? Education: bachelor degree
? Majoring in civil engineering
Skills:
? Familiar with civil infrastructure and upper ground structures / units used in chemical and polymer industry
? Effective communication skills in English (oral and writing) are expected. Basic knowledge of German would be helpful
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP would be helpful
? Strong and effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
? Good organizational and analytical abilities
? Strong spirit of teamwork
? Willingness to continuously build knowledge and broaden skills
? High flexibility, high sense of responsiveness, open mindedness
