KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

v Work in interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams

v Support the Project/Engineering Manager with regard to various chemical/process engineering issues (Chemical Engineer) or mechanical/equipment engineering issues (Mechanical Engineer)

v Prepare project design basis and scope (Front-End-Engineering) including technology selection, flow-sheets (PFD and P&ID), mass and energy balances, equipment dimension design (rotating equipments, static equipments, units, etc.), equipment specification, layouts

v Execute and control design-engineering phase of projects, including process design calculations, equipment and material choice and detailed design of equipment with drawings for procurement, technical clarifications with other internal disciplines (e.g. CSA, E&I, piping, procurement) or external contractors

v Actively participate in project HAZOP and HSSE reviews, provide necessary inputs

v Provide necessary input to prepare cost estimates and project schedules in support of project planning. Cost estimates and project schedules should be analyzed for accuracy, and completeness

v Interact with construction and site personnel (e.g. construction-manager, plant-manager, maintenance-engineers) to ensure that the plant is constructed according to plans, communicate with team members regarding any changes, deviations and progress during project execution

v Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems

v Represent the owner interests in the project towards the Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies, etc.

v Provide technical support during start-up including “trouble-shooting”

v Accompany the close out of the project by establishing punsh lists and acceptance protocols, preparation or checking of as-built drawings, cost and project reconciliation and take part in the lessons learned session at the end of the project

v Search actively for opportunities to improve project performance during all phases

v Establish local know-how in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project members/teams from COMPANY

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件

v Familiar with chemical unit operations, equipment’s and machinery used in chemical and polymer industry

v Knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations and technical instructions

v Familiar with the principals and procedures of project engineering practices and project management

v Effective communication skills in English (oral and writing) are expected. Basic knowledge of German would be helpful

v Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP would be helpful

v Strong and effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

v Good organizational and analytical abilities

v Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities

v Strong spirit of teamwork

v Willingness to continuously build knowledge and broaden skills

v High flexibility, high sense of responsiveness, open mindedness

v Bachelor degree with 8 years above related working exp.
