职位描述
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHS responsibilities)
？ Assist in R&D projects and carry out lab work in order to develop new formulations/products for the company
Product Improvement
？ Analyze and/or evaluate competitive samples brought back by Marketing Manager in order to improve the quality of existing products and to develop new products.
Manufacturing Procedures
？ Assist in issuing Bill of Material/manufacturing procedures, define QC parameters, verify test methods in order to ensure production according to specifications and quality, provide advice regarding quality control.
Reworking Products
？ Analyze, test and rework substandard goods/raw materials/slow-moving products based on Marketing’s requests in order to sell reworked products and reduce inventory.
Material Control
？ Analyze and test new sources of raw materials and finished goods in order to maintain quality and stability of finished goods.
Commissioning of New Product
？ Inspect and trouble-shoot production process and controls in order to ensure efficient production of difficult-to-make new products
Material Review Board
？ Assist in review of substandard or slow-moving products and recommend action to be taken on these products in order to minimize loss of resources of the company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
？ Chemist Formulator
？ Chemical formulations background in R&D laboratories, preferable (solvent and water base compounding, reaction in general to coatings, painting, polyurethanes, acrylics and leather industry)
？ Experience in normal Laboratory routines such as raw materials qualification, support to production field trial and scale ups
？ R&D/QC Laboratories equipments analysis handling background
？ Degree in Chemistry or related discipline preferably with post-graduate experience.
- 4-5 years relevant experience
- Basic English skill both oral and written
