职位描述
Sr.Mechanical System Engineer(美国500强通讯设备研发中心职位，要求英语良好，有良好的跨部门协作能力)
Location：苏州园区
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Defining product requirements and specifications.
? Responsible for building an efficient communication bridge to ODM supplier with worldwide design team across multiple disciplines.
? Responsible for leading and understanding internal team of engineers (mechanical, electrical, acoustic, firmware) and work with ODM partners to create full products.
? Responsible for investigation of ID surfaces and color, material and finish with tooling engineer and supplier to meet cost target and project schedule.
? Responsible for headset mechanical detailed design with cross-function team and ODM supplier, conduct design review before design release for production tooling
? Providing technical support to other non-engineering functions on key technologies and past, present, and future products.
? Develop new technologies/technology platforms
REQUIREMENTS
? Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and strong interpersonal skills.
? At least 8 years experience in product development of electronic products, 2 years experience as a team leader is a must.
? Wireless and/or audio experience highly desired.
? Experience in making trade-off with cross functions for cost and schedule.
? Understanding and practical experience on product design to meet reliability and compliance requirements, such as ESD, safety, RF and environmental regulations (RoHS).
? Proficiency in Pro/E as a must
? Ability to work with others in a widely-disbursed, fast-paced team environment
? History of working with and developing new technologies
? Excellent time management and organizational skills
? Broad exposure to many engineering disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, Acoustics
? A history of strong engineering leadership or project management
? Experience in design for high volume manufacture
? Cross-functional experience working with Business Development and/or Product Management
? A bachelor degree in a mechanical discipline. Master degree preferred
