Job Description：
1. Coordinate with Plant Manager to identify improvement opportunities, develop plant continuous improvement and lean transformation plan.
2. Organize/co-ordinate the review(s) for CI and cost out status. Work with project sponsor to follow projects and report the status.
3. Run/lead lean Kaizen events.
4. Develop and implement a platform or mechanism in plant for best practice sharing; continually promote continuous improvement culture of plant..
5. Conduct assessments and provide direction along the OPA.
6. Deep involve in new product project management
Job Requirements：
1. At least 5+ years’ experience in Operations and specifically experienced in lean transformations and shop floor management at least production supervisor or function team leader.
2. Working experience in metal processing or electrical equipment business.
3. They must be experienced in providing detailed results of evaluations to plant teams and able to explain the path required to close any performance gaps.
4. The individual must be capable of communicating with teams at all levels from the shop floor to the executive team.
5. The individual will have accountabilities and objectives targeted at improving safety, quality, cost, delivery, and inventory.
6. Good communication in English language.
