Job Summary职位简述：
Implement the product analysis based on related work instruction for the customer claimed product including 0-KM and field failures, document and provide the outputs.
对客户因质量投诉退回产品0km和售后产品，按照产品分析作业指导书进行分析，并提交分析数据。
Roles and Responsibilities岗位职能职责：
1. Collect the 0-KM and field claimed product from Logistics or customer quality engineer, build the master list with analysis status;
I. 从物流/顾客工程师接收零公里和售后产品，制定退回产品清单和分析状态；
2. Set up analysis plan based on the master list;
II. 退回产品清单根据制定详细分析计划
3. Implement the product analysis according to the related analysis working instructions;
III. 按照分析作业指导书实施产品分析零公里和或售后产品；
4. Assist and attend the specific topic analysis for 0-km and filed failures.
IV. 协助和参与专题零公里和或售后产品的深入分析；
5. Assist custom quality engineer to input IQIS QC based on analysis output with guide of customer quality engineer;
V. 协助顾客质量工程师对IQIS的QC 输入，基于产品分析结果；
6. Assist analysis engineer to implement data statistics analysis ;
VI. 协助分析工程师分析数据的统计分析；
7. Scrap the product after finished analysis with agreement of customer quality engineer;
VII. 分析后的产品报废处置；
8. Attend and involve the warranty returned product analysis working instruction compiling and updating;
VIII. 参与退回产品分析作业指导书更新改进；
9. Set up warranty analysis working instruction.
IX. 建立分析作业指导
10. Draw up proper analysis process and contribution to warranty improvement.
X. 制订分析流程，支持分析改进活动
11. Problem solving for analysis methodology.
XI. 运用分析方法解决问题
12. .Monitor analysis KPI and contribute to working efficiency improvement.
XII. 监控分析活动的过程指标，提高分析效率
13. Lead the team, guide the team, fulfill the target defined by direct supervisor
XIII. 带领并指导团队，完成上级领导制定的目标
14. Implement the other task assigned by direct supervisor;
XIV. 完成主管安排的其它工作任务;
Working Experience 工作经验：
2 years 0km and field failure product analysis or related experience
 2 年售后产品分析经验
Automotive industry working experience plus.
汽车行业工作经验
Knowledge/Skills/Training:知识/技能/培训认证：
Electrical motor product know how;
电机产品知识；
Familiar with product analysis procedure;
熟悉产品分析工作流程；
Failure mode identification capability based on product analysis procedure;
基于产品分析过程，确定故障模式的能力
Skilled handcraft technique to implement the analysis process
很强的动手能力， 熟悉使用工具，拆解产品。
good office using skills, including ppt, excel, word;
熟练的运用office办公软件
good team working skill, and positive communication
良好的团队工作能力，积极地沟通能力
