Accountabilities
? Communicate specific requirements for inclusion in Country / Cluster IT strategy to ensure requirements are understood and catered for.
? Be able to build and maintain a strong team environment with our internal/external customers.
? Responsible for providing effective IT support to the business development function
? Responsible for the development and implementation of effective customer solutions in accordance to the IT Strategy
? Responsible for escalation process and emergency contact, during after office hours, public holiday and weekend
? To lead initiatives to correct any issues that affect our ability to execute and meet our KPIs/SLAs
? Work with business team for volume forecast and work with backend support team to assess infrastructure, TMS, WMS, EDI, hardware and resource capacity annually
? Follow up P1 incident, work with support team to speed up the resolution and work out workaround solution to mitigate the impact to operation if can’t solved in time
? To support Change Requirements from our internal and external customers in a timely and comprehensive manner
Qualifications
? Minimum 4-6 years’ experience within IT,Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience within the Contract Logistics Industry
? University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding /Logistic sector
? Fluent in English (verbal and written)
?? Strong Analytical skills
? Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
? Ability to influence and negotiate
? Customer orientated
? Achievement drive and initiative
? Strong business / commercial acumen
? Product and process know-how
