Description
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting an IT BTL Associate Manager to be responsible for the translating business needs and requirements into IT specifications in XJP. This position will be located in BeiJing China. The primary goals of this position are, in close collaboration with the business, to manage master data, validate the daily sales data ensure the accuracy of the Data for Dashboard and reports. Support user’s special data analysis requirement.
Placed in the J&J Business Unit IT team, this position will on a daily basis engage with business stakeholders to keep track of existing and new business requirements for the BI Platform, and in cooperation with the rest of the team, plan and drive the implementation of new capabilities in the BI Platform.
The ideal candidate has experience with an IT organization or Sales Organization and processes acquired in a large global organization, has worked with BI Platform, and is capable of understanding and collating business needs, aligning them to BI Platform and proposing solutions to fill any gaps.

Responsibilities:
? Monitor the data accuracy of BI system.
? Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Routing business reports(Inventory)
? Work with the business to translate requirements for IT User Story
? May coordinate user acceptance testing or assist unit testers so that requirements are satisfied
? Writes, manages, and clarifies story points
Experience & Technical Knowledge
A minimum of 5 years of broad IT experience is required, preferably in a large global organization. Broad experience working with Cognos or Tableau, as functional consultant and/or end user and/or business perspective preferred.
? Familiar with Excel, Proficient in using chart and functions
? Familiar with the Access or SQL Server database operation;
? Understand Data analysis method, includes: descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and correlation analysis etc.;
? Demonstrated proficiency investigating and discovering business needs, aggregating needs into requirements and transforming requirements into high-level solutions
? Experience in collaboration with regional business teams to elicit requirements and information on long-term business direction to build requirements
Personal skills
? Ability to function very independently
? Collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all partners
? Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
? Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
? Good command in English language needed.
Other Education, Skills, Experience Desired:
? Bachelor's degree in information technology, management or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Project management, large agile project experience and working in multicultural teams are needed.
? Healthcare/ Life Science industry preferred
