BU/Department: H2I OCC
Reporting to: R&D Hardware manager
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)
(1) Assure to follow Schneider Electric PMP/PEP process, manage and lead the hardware design team in R&D team for product design or design change based on MCU for industry automation products, e.g. HMI, Signaling so as to meet the offer requirement.
(2) Coordinate input that may cross multiple teams or areas; make recommendations, and implement changes.
(3) Assure the product designed to meet the quality, cost and schedule requirement.
(4) Identify and implement solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions.
(5) Assure the deliverables required as per design process with good quality and on time.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor degree or above on electronics engineering or automation control related.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(1) 5~10 years of electronic product design experiences and team management experiences.
(2) Solid understanding on Digital circuit, Analog circuit, 32 bit RISC MCU/MPU application circuit design, has ARM embedded system design experience.
(3) Basic understanding on firmware/drivers design.
(4) Understand the EMC phenomena and know the EMC design rules.
(5) Know well about standards related to industry electronic products.
(6) Good understanding on product development process with good engineering background.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.)
(1) Fluent English communication skills both in oral and written.
(2) Strong team work spirit.
(3) Empower and motivate employees.
