Responsibilities
l Responsible for daily office affairs including telephone/fax picking up and transfer, documents delivery and filing, mail receiving and sort.
l Responsible for meeting room reservation, keep meeting room and all office facilities in good condition
l Responsible for visitors entry/exit control, greet visitors, as well as hotel reservation, train and flight tickets booking for visitors.
l Responsible for stationary and giving gifts purchasing, dispatching and recording.
l Responsible for visa application for colleagues and coordination of annual physical examination.
l Responsible for some paper work, such as customer information and internal order input.
l Assist senior managers with travel application and claim reimbursement.
l Responsible for industrial and commercial registration of changes and assit in office safety duties.
l Assist in travel schedule and annual leave statistics collection, SH residency points of employees, etc.
l Effective communication with the landlord or other service providers.
Qualifications
l College degree with two years related experience.
l Good English in reading, speaking and writing.
l Good communication skills.
l Good computer skills in using Excel, Access, Word, etc.
