Essential ofthe FT Program

Schneider Electric Finance Traineeprogram is designed to develop future finance leaders.

Through this program, graduates haveopportunities to work in 2-3 different positions within Finance function inorder to learn quickly the basic accounting operations, solid financialanalysis skills, and fundamental performance controlling techniques.

After graduation from this 2-year-program,candidates will be located in BJ/SH, responsible independently for part offinance function.

SE finance trainee program is a schoolfor future finance leader, with various professional finance training andextensive financial practice, more than that, you can also build up a widenetwork with different finance functions/ departments.

Responsibilities:

Candidates need to work in 2- 3 positions within 2-3years including accounting, financial analysis, project controlling, commercialfinance support, credit control, extra.

After the trainee program, candidates will be offereddifferent positions according to the competency & interest of candidates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor aboveUniversity education related to Finance

- Good team playerwith integrity.

- Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.

- Customer oriented and results driven.
