岗位概要: Key Performance Area

? Deploy sales training plan and deliver programs to regional sales force
? Follow up &evaluate sales training program with the aims of improving on regional frontline sales behavior change
? Take part in national sales training team lead development program for sales force
? Work with regional management team to drive sales force effectiveness and productivity
? Coordinate with company level employee communication program




基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
? Develop,organize,deliver/cascade sales training programs for regional sales reps,supervisors/merchandizers in alignment with yearly sales training plan and/or in response to changing market conditions.
? Continually develop and improve training materials, manuals and other training aids to increase the effectiveness of training sessions.
? Evaluate internal and external training programs to ensure training is delivered to an accredited standard and gain feedback for improvement in subsequent training programs.
? Audit the effectiveness of training programs especially with regard to how the training programs resulted in changes in behavior and results in the short-term and longer-term.
? Involve in national sales training team lead events and development programs for General Mills China sales force
? Work in the field with sales Director, managers, sales representatives to find key business issues, and propose the actionable steps that can be addressed through training to improve sales force effectiveness and productivity.
? Participate in sales/marketing management and regional meeting/programs to gain insight into the business and suggest ways of developing competencies and improving the effectiveness of the field force
? Support all employee relation programs in communication area




教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

? Strong sense of urgency and customer oriented
? High desire in professional learning continuously
? High influential ability & healthy winning attitude by team spirit
? Familiar with training management and facilitation skill
? University degree or above
? Fluent English, particularly in speaking and writing
? Good at in Excel and PowerPoint
? 5+ years of FMCG sales experience in multinational companies, at least 2 years or above in one company for training operational management
? Strong commitment in individual career development by performance driven philosophy
