職務名稱： Area Program Management Leader - CBRE Global WorkPlace Solutions

職務說明： ? To understand Client business needs and align project delivery to those needs.
? To act as a centre of competence for projects within CBRE and Client including both updating and continually improving the knowledge, process and base of the team as well as leveraging the knowledge, systems and regional data to better deliver in-country projects;
? To manage appropriate suppliers database necessary to realise project and programme objectives and ensure appropriate appointment on a programme (or project) basis;
? Lead continuous improvement workshops and innovation programs.
? To manage project relationships with clients and deliver reporting on Project & Programme operations/finance/ capitalization.
? Assist in business case / CAR preparation (strategy / data consolidation).
? Corporate governance for projects.
? Ensure delivery consistency.
? Undertake and manage risk profile assessments.
? Manage executive reporting.
? To engage the PMO technical and regional resource to support development of programmes of work in preparing programmes for sanction by the client.
? To own the capital budget development.

Requirement:
? Over 10 years solid Project Management experience
? Working experience in a high control environment or multi national company
? Banking projects ( both commercial and retail) are preferred
? Good leadership and stakeholder management skill
? Fluent English with good communication and presentation skill 举报 分享
