Key Duties & Responsibilities
? Provide day to day HR full function support for the headquarter in overall HR processes as a key HR, including talent acquisition, employment engagement, on-boarding facilitation, new comer orientation, performance management, employment relations, C&B projects etc.
? Closely work and interface with business leaders to provide effective HR support and solution via understanding their challenges and needs.
? Support the programs to improve HR execution effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
? Support overall HC management in planning, reporting and tracing status in whole GST Fire, including coordination and cooperation with the peers to ensure planning and report accuracy.
? Responsible for employment cost plan and forecast in the designated area. Provide proper reports and do the analysis as a window to upper level HR when needed.
? Support on effective and fast resource channel management, and implement recruitment activities in a managed and cost efficient way, like campus recruitment.
? Understand resourcing difficulty/gap, identify resourcing requirements and channels, and/or explore new resource channels. Responsible for talent searching and recruitment in assigned positions.
? Steer and coordinate the administration work and processes related to recruitment and resourcing, like but not limited to successful vendor management, contacting with headhunter, interview/assessment coordination and arrangement.
? Other assignments as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications & Competencies
? Over 5years in HR filed like resourcing, C&B or general HR operations with hands on knowledge and experience
? BA degree or above
? Understanding on talent market and prevailing resourcing practice
? Well network both internally and externally
? Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
? Strong capability in driving and initiating
? Quick adaption to changes
? Good command of spoken and written English
