职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Conduct the day-to-day process management activities for the engineering teams. In addition, you will interface with PM and Scrum peers in other groups to assure the activities of the Record team are well communicated and coordinated across the larger Connected Fitness division.
? Add technical value to projects (as skills are developed).
? Create, maintain, and communicate project schedules including feature release dates.
? Own delivery of product launches and frequent updates.
? Use your deep knowledge of JIRA to report on team progress and tracking towards committed dates.
? Support the team in what's required to move projects forward and to help team innovate for creative and technical excellence.
? Provide frequent project feedback and updates as projects develop (includes flagging issues and helping to identify possible solutions).
? Work closely with engineering management and product leads of other UA Digital teams to ensure we are leveraging best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
? Work with product management, project management and leads from multiple teams to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements.
? Lead the team to adhere to best practices, particularly around tight feedback loops based on releasing often.
? Keep external agencies on task by managing their contracts and deliverables at a high level.
 
Experience Required:
? 3+ years of project management experience in the internet or mobile app industry.
? Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse community of technical and non-technical audiences.
? Practical experience in implementing and running teams and deep understanding of JIRA, XP, Kanban, and Scrum.
? Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
? Strong interest or domain knowledge in fitness, health, or sports.
? Experience in “Connected Health” industry.
? Understanding of fitness tracking industry and trends. 举报 分享
