Telemarketing Representative
*6 months replacement
Job Descriptions:
1. Conduct Outbound Telephone calls, qualify prospects into marketing qualified leads
2. Conduct Outbound Tele-prospecting calls to uncover buying needs and plans, generating marketing qualified leads
3. Conduct Outbound Profiling calls to complete contacts profile and improve database visibility
4. Assign marketing qualified leads to sales and partners
5. Conduct Online Contacts Mining & Research
Qualification:
1. Good Telemarketing, Telesales Skills, preferably gained in a well-structured Call Center, 1-2 years’ telemarketing experience in B2B High-Tech, Industrial Sector, able to converse with engineers, technical buyers about their projects, needs, concerns, timelines, considerations in the buying decision process, conveying clearly our messages, offers and values propositions
2. Excel Proficiency including Pivot Table Analysis
3. Customers & Results Oriented, Good EQ, Attitude, Time Management, a Quick Learner & a Team Player
4. Hands-on Experience with Microsoft Dynamics & Marketo will be a PLUS
5. College degree or above is a must
