职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Perform sample analyses for preformulation.
2. Plan and execute preformulation studies for drug substances including determination of solid-state physicochemical properties, solubility, stability, powder properties, polymorph screening and salt form selection.
3. Be expected to perform the job independently with limited supervision from senior scientists or above.
4. Assume responsibility for assigned instruments, maintaining them in proper calibration and working order according to the appropriate SOP.
5. Individuals will be expected to accomplish their work assignments by interacting closely with follow client requirement and by developing cooperative working relationships with other personnel inside the company.
6. Write up formal analytical testing summaries/reports related to analytical research and development works.
7. Assist management to schedule resources, coordinate laboratory activities, improve data and document quality to meet client expectation.
8. Must be customer-oriented and able to show flexibility and ability to work with multiple projects. Must be able to prioritize the workload to meet the pre-determined timelines.
9. Perform IP protecting, safety, and sanitation policy of company.
10. Participated in lab management and training, assist management for improvement of SOP, work flow and other related system.
11. Good communication, open exchange of information and project teamwork will be required in order to meet job performance. There must be strong recognition of high performance standards and of meeting assignment target dates at the individual job level as well as for the benefit of coworkers on project teams.


REQUIREMENTS:
1. BS and MS degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis or other directly-related science discipline with experience or training in pharmaceutical analysis.
2. At least one year experienced with standard analytical techniques, particularly XRPD, TGA and DSC experience/familiarity or other related analytical technologies.
3. Have experience in pharmaceutical analysis according to written method/protocols.
4. Be trained in or be familiar with the requirements of the FDA cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH guidelines.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential job requirements.
