职位描述：
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage the customer on-boarding process from beginning to end ensuring proper process is followed and timely resolution of implementation related issues.
2. Work in conjunction with the sales team to provide guidance on correct processes and procedures of customer on-boarding.
3. Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service.
4. Evaluate customer need and recommend enhancements to provide “Best in Class” solutions.
5. Participate in cross-functional planning sessions designed to improve the total implementation experience.
6. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external parties through effective communication, implementation, and Execute project management responsibilities to enable seamless on-boarding.
7. Monitor progress and accuracy to ensure proper implementation is completed within the agreed upon project deadlines.
8. Communicate and make certain that all Operations/Automation requirements are implemented.
9 Provide technical and business expertise to customers and their contractors during the implementation / integration process
10. Coordinate resources and activities between clients and IT as required
11. Maintain customer master data in applicable corporate systems.
12. Provide feedback on customer issues and requirements.
13. Liaison between the sales and cross-functional teams to guarantee proper implementation of all customer requirements.
14 Limited support for issue resolution, post-implementation.
15 Share and align local integration requirements with Director, Customer Onboarding to ensure that solution is aligned with business unit's goals and priorities.
16. Provide information on market intelligence and competitor trends to Product Development and Customer Onboarding

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Strong interest in learning and applying new product concepts to become SME resource for DHL eCommerce product, and customized solutions.
2. Lead cross functional teams.
3. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5. Effective presentation, oral and written communications skills
6. Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills
7. Self-motivated and ability to work independently
8. Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical integration terms and processes
9. Ability to read, write, and translate technical documentation
10. Must promote a team environment.
11. Travel within Greater China.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 2 year project management experience.
3. Candidate must be proficient in spoken / written English and Mandarin.
4. Having experience in Business Analyst role is advantageous
5. Having experience in Logistics / eCommerce is advantageous
6. Knowledge of shipping systems preferred.
7. Experience in Supply Chain, Shipping, Mail or Logistics preferred
8. Project Management Certification preferred.
