PURPOSE OF THE JOB 设置此职位的目的
Drive new product development of Schneider Electric’s Pelco video security products from initial ideas to industrialization with specialization in high-speed digital circuit design

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
· Design all electrical aspects of video security products with focus on high-speed digital system design involving SoCs, FPGAs, memory devices, high speed busses and interfaces
· Apply design for reliability, testability, manufacturability and sourcing principles on all product designs
· Perform timing, signal integrity, EMC, and root cause analysis of the design and collaborate with the engineering core and support teams to create well-engineered products and to resolve all issues found during the product development cycle
· Collaborate closely with the mechanical engineering team members to create product enclosures with compelling design and form-factors that also meet regulatory, safety, environmental, reliability, thermal and interface standard (Ethernet, USB, etc.) compliance requirements
· Manage product design support resources such as PCB designers and compliance and test engineers within the scope a project
· Collaborate closely with the firmware engineering team members to create optimal hardware/firmware partitions that meet functional requirements and cost goal
· Work closely with the firmware engineering team members to generate verification test plan and test report
· Apply advanced and new technologies into the design and development processes to create best-in-class products and product development excellence
· Drive quality improvement, enhancement, and cost reduction in existing products

Candidates must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally, meet on a regular basis with team members in the US over telephone and on-line, and fit into global working environment.

Corporate functions within Buildings BU: Pelco engineering and product development team, system engineering team, program management, and operation teams in the US

An electrical engineering bachelor’s degree from a leading university; master’s degree preferred.

Experience required : 工作经验要求（请注明要求的工作年限）
· Solid experience in product designs with high-speed digital circuits involving SoCs, FPGAs, memory devices, high speed busses and interfaces
· Strong working experience in EMI/EMC mitigation (emissions, and immunity), regulatory compliance qualification and safety testing
· Good knowledge in timing analysis and signal integrity analysis of high-speed digital circuits
· Product development experience with IP cameras, video servers, DVRs or field application support experience with highly-integrated SoCs
· Practical experience to complement strong theoretical knowledge in all aspects of electrical engineering for product design
· Hands-on experience with board-level system debugging and rework

Languages : 语言能力要求
Multi/lingual: Competent in English (both verbal and written) and fluent in Mandarin
