BU/Department: H2I OCC
Reporting to: R&D Software Application Department Manager

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)
Lead the software team in design, development, and test of PC software that fulfills the business needs in H2I China Offer Creation Center.
(1) Develop schedules and performance requirements for PC software development and Verification.
(2) Control budget and assure the Editor team to follow Schneider Electric PMP/PEP process with good quality and finish projects on time.
(3) Architecture or Design PC software, and review External Spec, Inner Design Spec, Code and Test Sheet.
(4) Help members to resolve difficult technique problems related to spec and code.
(5) Communicate with oversea partner to decide spec or design in Japanese or English.
(6) Cooperate with and support Runtime, Protocol team for project implementation.
(7) Lead and build a high-performance team working hard and happy

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Master/Bachelor Degree related to Computer Science, Software Engineering or Automation.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(1) 5+ years experience in software development with Master Degree (if Bachelor, 7+ years).
(2) 2+ years experience of technique Leader or project leader in PC software development.
(3) Master architecture or design of PC Application Software in UML and Design Patterns.
(4) Proficient in programming with C++&MFC, C#& .Net Framework.
(5) Familiar to Automation domain, especially HMI is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.)
(1) Fluently communicate in both oral and written Japanese or English.
(2) Good leadership and collaboration skills.
