PURPOSE OF THE JOB 设置此职位的目的
Buildings business will be strongly focusing on new products development and sourcing from China / APOD supplier in order to develop customer oriented product solutions. As OCP Purchasing Project Leader who will be responsible for establishing the new cost and performance efficient suppliers and support new project implement by Offer Creation Process.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
Coordination department:
Offer Marketing division in Buildings BU has the responsibility to identify customer requirements, define product road map, develop and launch the products in Chinese market.
The focus of the position will be:
·Support Project Management Division, Global and Local R&D engineering Division, Industrialization Division with sourcing of components foe new product development
The responsibility includes but is not limited to below
- Select supplier with a purchasing approach (quality requirement, cost commitment, delivery time to market, and innovation, anti-monopoly...) for purchasing support to OCP projects
- Manage supplier performance on OCP projects, including design support, prototyping, industrialization, part qualification, commercial contract and supply chain set up for mass production
- Promote and manage co-development with suppliers and early supplier involvement, selection and supplier qualification process for OCP projects, bring supplier intelligence for design to cost & manufacturing to cost
- Align and deploy purchasing decision making with the current global purchasing strategy focusing on standardization, supplier concentration, and implementation
- Identify new technologies, new suppliers to meet gaps between needs & current supplier base, and work w/ commodity team to approve new supplier
- Manage prototypes procurement and payment request for Mock-up, Engineering Build’s up and Industrial Pilot Run
- Co-work w/ Components Engineer for Industrialization & Supply Quality Team to lead the whole process of components industrialization in front of suppliers
- Manage BOM (Bill of Material) cost evolution within project frame, ensure competition to meet product target cost, conduct total cost of ownership estimation and analyze supplier quotes
- Negotiate and contract all purchasing terms and conditions, which not already fixed by commodity manager
- Design and manage supply chain for Pre-Pilot, Pilot, & Ramp-up (up to the 1st 3 months mass production) w/ Plant purchasing and logistics' support, and handover to plant afterwards

PROFILE REQUIREMENT 个人条件要求
Know how : (education, etc) 具体要求(如教育程度)
Degree in Engineering or Business Economics
Experience required : 工作经验要求(请注明要求的工作年限)
• Mechanical Engineering bachelor degree, master or MBA as a plus
• Good knowledge in die-casting, sand casting, plastic, stamping technology
• +5 years with similar working experience of new project management & cross-functional (process engineering, quality, supply chain…) management .)
• Experience from negotiation, sourcing, quality control and localization, working in an international environment. Experience working in a Matrix organization is preferable
• Rich experience interacting with suppliers/vendors - communication management
• Global sourcing & multicultural experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills (Open-minded, self-motivated, integrity, influence peers w/o authority...)
Languages : 语言能力要求
Multi/lingual: Fluent in English (both verbal and in writing) and Mandarin
