Job Title: Financial Analyst

Report to: Finance Team Leader

Direct reports: N/A

Mission:

To analyze the financial results of business, support management to make sound decision by delivering accurate and timely financial report.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Make accurate, relevant and timely management reports and financial analysis to accurately reflect the status of the business

· Be responsible to process information, prepare and develop analytical tools and presentations on the performance of the business area on a regular and ad hoc basis.

· Maintain and update reporting system and process

· Make functional cost analysis

· Participate in projects for supporting any involvement concerning finance and accounting

· Support business controller in coordination and facilitation of external audits including the annual audit and interim state audits.

· Calculate salesman commission monthly according to the company's commission policy

· Communicate and work with other department to give feedback

Candidate profile:

Education

· University degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

· At least 2 years working experience as accountant plus at least 1 year experience as financial analyst

Knowledge

· SAP knowledge in accounting and finance module

Skill:

· Presentation skill

· Microsoft Office skill in Excel & PowerPoint

Language

· Good English skill both in written and speaking
