Job description / Mission:
Reporting to service support team leader, the key objective of this position will be the effective performance of day-to-day administration tasks that support the overall service management of the aftermarket operation.
Complete order fulfillment process from order entry to shipment planning/service order input and invoicing customers.
Ensure timely input and accuracy of data for order processing, reporting and performance measurements.
Coordinate with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment (smooth delivery and credit controlling) Track the spare parts delivery schedule and feedback to customer / engineer with other inquire as well.
Provide sales & marketing support by request and respond to customers' inquiries.
Customer survey periodically & tracking customer complains till final results.
Maintain customer & equipment master data.
Filing customer contracts, and relative documents in good order.
Manage Local spare parts inventory and ensure the inventory accuracy
Prepare and manage quotations by request.
Stick on company policy & procedure for order process

Experience Requirements Prior experience in administrative function or customer relations in a busy working environment.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
University / College graduated

Strong PC skills and good on Excel

ERP, SAP experience are considered as the advantages
Fluency in English
