职位描述
The Product Manager manages effectively and efficiently the 4Ps of the offers of MV Equipment activity. Monitor prices but also product cost, to maximize profitability.
Reports to the AIS product manager.
Manage the 4 Ps of the global and local offer
Feed Line of business roadmap with needs of the market
Be able to know in what 'solution' the product is used to solve the customer issue. Know the other product used in the same solution to find improvement (Kiosk, Switchboard, Xantrex,...)
Define an offer structure which is suitable to be efficient in the ordering process (Easy to order, Easy to understand, Easy to sell)
Feed the communication database for all product offers
Ensure the products carry the necessary certifications
for mature countries, be the direct correspondant (according to the need)
Customer contacts whenever needed together with Sales forces
Competition analysis. Product positionning versus competition.
Drive the O2 program
As in charge of profitability of the ranges, is co-responsible (with Continuous engineering) for the QVE achievements
Follow the sales pattern of the ranges : mix per segment and per channel
Pilot and key decision maker on BOC process and feedback the BOC/offer roadmap/services to solve customer pain points
Monitor and manage the profitability of offers : price on the market, but also has a cost obsession.
Responsible for the selling prices and volume being reached for new releases
