职位描述：
Responsbility:
1 Deliver the account fulfilment for applications and systems in Mars.
2 Communicate with support teams on trouble shooting during fulfilment.
3 Manage enquiry for end users. Improve customer perception.
4 Deliver knowledge management of relevant service offerings, support policies, procedures

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
2. 0-2 years working experience
3. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently, take initiative and ownership as well as responsibility.
4. Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivery of value added service.
5. Self-reliance, carefulness and emotional stability
6. Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, work well under pressure.
7. Good written communication skills in English.
8. Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills quickly, and to apply this learning. 举报 分享
