Report to: ( superior ) Director-Core Engineering Centre & Sales, China
Responsible for:(subordinate) EE technical engineers
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the org.
• Manage a EE sub technical proposal team in day-to-day operation
• Coordination with sales forces, operation and PES
• Build up EE competence for sub-EE team on Schneider-electric energy solution offerings

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position.
• Develop coordination with sales force to qualify the opportunity and target high potential EPC projects, take on the whole technical proposal before signing contracts for EPC contract, complete detailed audits work and IPMVP work etc.
• Accompany sales force to visit customer (end-user/SI/DI) to identify their real need and feedbacks.
• EE consultant service, LEED GBL and ECMs offering,Lead the project and buildup solutions proposals based on project energy saving methods.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Degree: University degree or above
Major: Engineering/Automation/Electrical/HVAC major preferred
Target University:

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Years of experience: 10 years+ working experience, at least 6 years in EE industry incl. 4 years+ tech support/bidding management background
Target Industry/Company:
