职位描述：
Objectives:
This position is responsible to sell BBAFC’s products within an assigned geographic area effectively and provide excellent services to brand partners’ dealers and customers for the purpose of achieving business objectives.

Job responsibilities:
? New dealer approach and acquisition, business launch preparation and dealer training.
? Target achieving for funding and KPI Responsible for making contribution to the Company's Sales and Marketing strategy implementation and eventually sales targets set for the territory.
? Monitor dealer’s performance in terms of financial and non-financial status, operation, abnormal situation, management change and report.
? Maintain long-term partnership relation with dealers through identifying dealer's business needs, liaison between dealers and company, ensuring satisfactory service.
? Help do the implementation and coordination of different marketing promotional programs with dealers and local dealer association.
? Provide assistance in area development, mainly including lien registration arrangement, vehicle bureau registration and other ad-hoc assignment.
? Other duties as delegated.


Job requirements:
? Diploma or above.
? 3~5 years working experiences in auto finance industry or related industry.
? Basic Knowledge of banking or leasing is required.
? Can fit in the high frequency business trips.
? Can use English for daily work.

? Strong independent-working ability.
? Good communication skill.
? Strong anti-pressure capability.
? Autonomous – able to work with limited supervision.
? Good problem-solving skill.
? Reliable and accurate in details.
