职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the compensation survey preparation, review and propose company specific pay & benefits policy that contribute to the formulation of overall C&B strategies
2. Design total reward systems that maintain the company’s competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent
3. Manage and implement company specific job grading system, maintain the job levels to drive internal consistency
4. Propose salary review policies and performance bonus system, manage annual & ad hoc salary review and bonus payout exercise to drive internal & external equity
5. Design and review benefits programs to optimize the people cost investment
6. Formulate communication strategies to drive a buy-in by union and foster a common understanding of the reward policies at all levels
7. Work with payroll & benefits delivery team of shared service center to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service
8. Establish accurate personnel cost budget and forecast based on HC plan; track the personnel capacity change and annual personnel cost change via bridge reports
9. Review, assess and update the implementation of C&B policies & employment related documents e.g. handbook, HR manual, etc. to incorporate the labour regulations and other regulatory changes; communicate & publish changes to drive compliance and internal equity

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of HR Management, Accounting or related discipline
2. At least 5-year of HR generalist experience of minimum 3-year experience in C&B management
3. Strong interpersonal skills and able to build up working relationship internally & externally
4. Skilled in planning and organization; strong number sense and analytical ability to draw insight from data & facts
5. Good business acumen to drive HR initiatives to support the business growth
6. In-depth knowledge in the labour law and its application
7. Open-minded and comfortable to take opinion from different perspectives and come up with balance options
8. Familiar with IPE methodology
9. Experience of SAP Key user and project management is preferred
