PURPOSE OF THE JOB 设置此职位的目的
Buildings business will be strongly focusing on new products development and sourcing from China / APOD supplier in order to develop customer oriented product solutions. As Project Quality Leader who will be responsible for making difference with being customer satisfaction centric, ensure that the Offer Quality is built in to reach the customers satisfaction, guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Process, collaborative and function processes. Assist Project Manager in managing the risk to deliver qualified offers.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
The focus of the position will be:
Support Project Management Division, Global and Local Product management, R&D engineering Division, Industrialization and Purchasing Division with supplier qualification, components and products qualification for new product development
The responsibility includes but is not limited to below
Project Quality:
- Guarantees the best application of the Offer Creation Processes (OTM, PMP, BLMP, PEP) and the collaborative and function processes;
- Ensure the offer quality is built-in to reach the customer satisfaction, Guarantees that the VOC is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements;
- Work with cross-functional peers to propose and evaluate new development projects, Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects;
- Coach and Mentor other Engineers in projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities;
- Establish the Project Quality Plan (inside the Project Management Plan), get its validation, and lead its execution, Direct, review, and approve product design and change;
- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or service;
Supplier Quality:
- Follow SSQM (Schneider Electric Supplier Quality Management) deployment to manage and improve the technical quality (DPMe & DPMi) from suppliers (external & internal) to improve the Customer Satisfaction;
- Make or coordinate the execution of the SAM quality audit plan, Follow the SAM supplier status to assure improvement action, Support purchasing to complete Schneider Electric SAM audit;
- Pilot or actively participate to the PPEP (Part Product Evaluation Plan), as a preventive tool for all new part or evolution (OCP & PEP) and part with recurrent technical issue to optimize the incoming inspection, out-going control & manufacturing process;
- Make or coordinate the execution of the SPM (Supplier performance management) quality audit plan, pilot the containment, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical quality issues with suppliers using the 8D methodology, continuous improvement to analysis data of suppliers
Risk management:
- Make sure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project (assist the Project Manager, or leader)
- Guarantees the relevance of the Project Risk Analysis
Quality Networking:
- Participate proactively to experience and best practices sharing

• Quality awareness, + 6 years related experiences in offer quality management on new offer, offer evolution and offer localization, or plant quality management, or customer quality management
• Good at communication & presentation, Customer and result oriented, excellent influence and convince skills;
• 6 Sigma GB/BB, Lean Manufacturing related professional knowledge & practice, Offer development experience (OCP, SSQM, SPS)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (Open-minded, self-motivated, integrity, influence peers w/o authority...)
