作为售前技术和商务支持,支持已装机业务中大规模的设备升级换代、更新改造、维修维护、保养等项目
负责产品:中低压+工业自动化产品为主, 全产品线都包括
工作职责:
与Service Sales 配合提供售前技术和商务支持。
拜访客户,技术及商务标书撰写、参与招投标;
项目成本分析、成本控制、成本核算、供应商管理、商务和技术风险控制、项目报价等;
商务谈判、合同签订
项目前期跟进,项目指导和支持。
要求:技术经验 + 商务经验 + 工程意识
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Provide the competitive technical proposal to be the partner with IBS service sales;
2. Lead the proposal verification and preparing and win the service contracts;
3. Improve technical competency of service team by organizing technical training for regional engineer
4. Cultivate the ability of business development for service sales and engineering team
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Prescribe and influence the customer from technical ;
2. Coordinate internal & external resources to work out integrated technical proposal with right value proposition ;
3. Analysis the customer requirement and provide customized integrated technical proposal;
4. Be key support on Contract negotiation with value proposition of Schneider as IBS business special in global;
5. Fully understand the service offer and develop & optimize it
6. Communicate or feedback to other teams for service offer improvement technically
7.As the guider on service order operation phase;
SPECIFIC ISSUES
1.This job requires strong ability for operational activities and flexibility for site work; traveling; overtime work.
2.Must be willing to be a trainer and share knowledge/experience with co-workers including the people from other =S= divisions is essential.
3.Good communication and coordination skill is required in this job.
4.Computer skills are required. (Specific software - such as Office or CAD ... )
5.A fluent control of the English language is better.
6.Fully understanding IBS business is better.
7.This job requires site working experience; on-site working safety awareness; strong electrical background.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
INTERNAL:
Work in coordination with regional service sales,engineers;
Problems to be discussed directly with the Service Technical Manager.
EXTERNAL:
In permanent contact with customer and service partners. and PSBs
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- More than 5 years working experience in technical electrical field, such as MV and LV, PLC & VSD and electrical project.
- Good knowledge of full range of electrical products.
- Leadership , excellent communication & coordination ability.
- Has experience to deal with key foreign and local customer.
- Be familiar with Chinese rules for site electrical work and safety procedure
- Knowing well solutions and systems for availability, safety, reliability of electricity
- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.
- Language : Mandarin & fluent English
- Computer: To be familiar with computer environment (standard office software tools and technical software tools).
- Know-how on electrical testing. It will be better to have the electrician license.
