Job Summary:
·The position holder is part of the IT team, will be responsible to implement new business requirements and to maintain the existing CRM solution based on Clarify and /or Microsoft CRM. The CRM landscape is tightly integrated with the DWH solution, based on MS SQL 2005 database, Analytics Services
·Establish partnership with business, understands business strategies and needs
·Propose and implements best practice solutions and business process improvement initiatives
·Tightly collaborate with regional competency centers (SAP, CRM and Content Management)
·Coordinate the network of key users application support
·Area of focus: Sales, Marketing and Service Processes
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Business partnership
§ Understand business strategies and needs, in-depth understand of main business processes (Sales, Marketing and Service Processes)
§ Establish and maintains professional working relationships between IT and its customers and constituents
§ Manage local business requirement, formulates adequate solutions, in collaboration with the regional competency centers (SAP, CRM and Content Management)
2.Business process improvement
§ Propose and implements best practice solutions
§ Drive business process improvement initiatives (procedural changes, SOPs, etc.)
§ Identify and documents business requirements for new development projects and prepares detailed technical specifications from which programs or infrastructure can be built
§ Ensure existing systems are used adequately and proposes continuous improvement actions (change request, etc.)
§ Manage local projects (improvement initiatives, training, etc.)
3.Collaboration with Regional Competency Centers
§ Represent regional and global IT towards local business
§ Represent local business towards regional and global IT
§ Strive to promote global or regional solutions first, designs new solutions around those global standards if needed
§ Collaborate closely with Regional Competency Centers for the delivery of projects and initiatives
§ Maintain relation with local IT from other affiliates in order to create local value (experience and knowledge sharing)
§ Comply to Global and Regional Guidelines, Standards and IT Quality framework (Project Methodology, System Validation)
4.Application support information management
§ Coordinate support or project activities with all applicable constituents including customers using the systems, IT staff supporting the systems, vendors/third parties, and/or business managers
§ Identify and leads, as assigned, resources and communications to facilitate work completion
§ Ensure existing systems are used adequately and propose continuous improvements actions
§ Coordinate the key users network
§ Ensure key users and end users are obtaining adequate education and training
§ Provide information management service (support for reporting, data upload and download, supports to data cleansing activities, etc.)
Basic Requirements of the Job:
·University Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
·Proficiency in both spoken and written English
·Good command of MS office software application
·Knowledgeable in information technology
·5+ years working experience in the business analysis, architecting and designing of business solutions, preferably using Clarify, MS SQL 2000/2005 database
·Working experience/knowledge of ProClarity analytics server, Analytics Services (SSAS), Integration Services (SSIS) is an advantage
·Experience of integration with CRM/ERP applications
