职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy compensation & benefits strategy, policies and systems under the guidance of the Corp C&B philosophy and communication with the internal staff
- Control monthly payroll, ensure smooth C&B daily operation
- Manage a full range of human resources benefit administration including the staff social insurance, the housing fund as well as various benefits programs like: Wellness, Annual Outing, etc
- Maintain HR information system and provide monthly data integrity self-audit and provide necessary data analysis report for management decision
- Labor contract management, maintenance of all employee records insuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Conduct annual salary survey and provide compensation competitive analysis report and suggestion for management decision. Coordinate annual merit process according to Corp guideline
- Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures
- Provide expert advice and guidance to line management in usage of the C&B as tools, i.e. participation in job analysis, job offer, staff promotion, job change, job relocation, payment terms, and merit increase etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources or Finance is a plus
- Min 4 years relevant hands on experience in multinational company with good knowledge in C&B
- Familiar with China laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment
- Good command of English
- Good Microsoft Office skill is a must, strong in Excel and preferably with experience in handling HR system software
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills and good data sense with highly attention to numerical detail
- Excellent planning, analysis, communication and problem solving
