职位描述：
The position directly reports to Head of Human Resources, Greater China Cluster. The position will be (a) HR business partner for FM and CCS who manages full HR spectrum and provide service from hiring, salary management to employment engagement ; (b) work with Operation Unit / Business Unit Head to review organizational structure and uplift our human capability to cope with business Development.

Key Accountabilities
1 Work with head of HR Head review organizational structure and conduct change management
2 Act as Business partner who provides full HR spectrum service including recruitment, C&B and employee relations in CCS and FM staff.
3 Be proactive in exploring hiring channels, strengthen logistic network to source talented candidates and give advice to OU Heads in terms of hiring justification
4 Work closely with other OU / Business Lines Heads in terms of status movement to optimize human capital and resource management
5 Work with HR function head in people development and formulate succession plans and career path
6 Manage appraisal management and cultivate performance culture in China Cluster
7 Manage expatriate management and benefit review in China cluster
8 Perform any ad hoc projects assigned and required by HR Head

Qualification and Competencies
- University graduate in Human Resources principle
- At least 12 years working experience in which at least 5 years in multinational logistics company and hold managerial capacity
- Manage expatriates and understand people dynamic
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill with business acumen
- People oriented, Mature, positive with self-initiatives, drive and ownership
