职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility:
关键职责：
? Sales contract management with clear and proper business & credit sense
? Customer master data management and lead team to perform proper maintenance
? Proper credit term assess and verify according to the credit policy
? Proper credit limit assess and application accordingly to the credit policy
? Communicate and facilitate sales and customer for collection pushing
? Communicate with lawyer and collection agency for collection push on the large/long overdue AR
? Manually block & release orders according to credit policy with proper approval
? Facilitate and provide proper credit data to FP& A for rebate calculation
? Credit & AR related reporting, such as AR Reconciliation, DSO, collection forecast, A/R Aging report, BDF, collection target and collection follow up report, etc.
? Assist Senior manager to guide team on regular credit operation assignments, such as master data maintenance, customer/ order blocks, collection target setting, Bad debt provision and monthly AR closing, etc.
? Assist senior manager to propose and improve SOP related to AR, Credit, Master data and contract, etc.
? Assist senior manager to lead team
? Other tasks manager request
Required Experience & Skills：
经验及技能要求：
? Education
- Bachelor or above
- Major in finance or accounting
? Working experience
- At least 6 years AR and credit experience in multinational company
- Strong knowledge about credit and AR management
? Other requirements
- Strong Computer literacy and reporting analysis skill
- Strong SAP skills
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
- Quick learner and strong business sense
- Could work under stress pressure and willing to take challenge
