For our Healthcare Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Assistant Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?
- Ensure full compliance with national and international regulatory standards as well as Siemens guidelines in connection with Quality Management System.
- Handle AE & Recall Reporting. Support Ads review.
- Work with processes to establish annual quality objectives and targets.
- Ensure effective interactions at process level with quality team to effectively incorporate process activities into overall company strategies and quality systems.
- Effective management of internal audit functions,
- Support CAPA meeting and relevant activity.
- Support QMS management review meeting.
- Assist in activities relating to Siemens AG and Siemens Healthcare AG Quality.
- Provide Quality Management Systems assistance to all functional areas;
- Assist during third party certification body QMS audit, authorities audit and Siemens Quality System evaluations;
- Author, change and update Quality procedures and SOPs as applicable.

W What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Quality certifications are desirable. (i.e. CRE, CQE, Black Belt etc.), but not required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
- Excellent consultation skills are a must.
- Computer literacy
