岗位职责：

1. In charge of revenue recognition for whole TCT group, ensure revenue recognition of the group will be in compliance with US GAAP.

2. Review all Sales Contracts to ensure commercial clauses signed has been appropriate considered in the revenue finally recognized , and appropriate accounting adjustment has been booked whenever necessary.

3. Provide timely AR aging, AR collection and all other Ad Hoc financial analysis to management whenever necessary, so that the company can well manage its DSO

4. Drive AR reconciliation process and activities with internal cross-functional teams and potentially with external customers as well

5. Ensure AR function to be fully SOX 404 compliant; and all necessary documentation and supporting documents have been well prepared.

6. Be responsible to AR related financial booking for both internal and external auditors.

7. In charge of AR related modules during ERP implementation

8. Manage AR team to make sure the team is well trained and disciplined.

9. Work with Sales team, Logistic and Sales Admin teams to drive AR operational process

10. Work with finance colleagues and management to continuously improve and closing processes to ensure AR financial data accurate and completed.

1. 负责审核集团公司所有法律实体销售收入确认，以确保符合美国会计准则

2. 负责复核集团公司所有法律实体销售合同和收入确认相关的商业条款，以确保会计记账符合收入确认的原则，如有需要，负责出具US GAAP调整

3. 负责集团公司所有法律实体日常应收账款回款分析、账龄分析及其他需要的管理层报表分析，以确保管理层对于应收账款回收期的控制

4. 负责协调集团公司所有法律实体及各业务部门间的往来款项核对，以及负责定期发起并推动与外部客户的对账程序

5. 确保集团公司所有法律实体的应收账款控制程序符合SOX404的要求，同时负责相关的文档更新与管理

6. 负责集团公司所有法律实体的应收账款记账准确性，负责配合内审及外审相关工作。

7. 负责在ERP系统实施过程中应收、收入相关模块的工作。

8. 确保应收团队相关同事保持良好的专业技能及工作纪律；

9. 与销售团队、物流部门及销售行政部门共同合作，积极改善应收、销售流程日常运作流程；

10. 与财务其他同事积极配合，不断完善结应收账款及销售收入确认的结帐和内控流程，确保相关财务数据的准确性和完整性。

任职要求：

1、统招大学本科及以上学历，会计学等相关财务专业；

2、三到五年外资企业工作经验；

3、熟悉美国会计准则；

4、英文听说读写流利。
