1. Pro-active Proposals/ Sourcing: he will work with and supervised by each coordinator on identifying the coming season's trends and source suitable fabrics sourced to Asian suppliers and proposed to the concerned buyers.

2. Collection Books: he will have to prepare fabric books regularly in nice presentation, with all information detail and data organization for each department of each brand by proposing qualitative fabrics, with reasonable prices and quick yardage lead-time. Strictly respect the retro planning table deadline send by Production Manager and/or Trend Team.

3. Quotation: he will negotiate best buying conditions with suppliers (price, lead-time etc...)

4. Production Follow up: he will have to carefully follow orders and make sure that nominated fabric suppliers will deliver the goods on time to garment factory and in accordance with Buyers requirement and group quality and security standards.

5. Quality Checking: he will have to go to the factory to do the inline quality checking or final quality checking before the garment bulk production

6. Problem Solving: he will engage in solving the problems happened during fabric production with our nominated fabric supplier.

7. Fabric order: he will follow the fabric exportation. Be responsible to delivery good quality fabric on time to HQ.
