职责:

- 协助人力资源经理制定人员计划，紧密地与人力资源共享服务中心工作参与人员甄选。

- 负责新员工的融入包括新员工培训，试用期考核等。

- 协助人力资源经理进行实施培训需求分析，制定并监控年度培训计划。跟踪培训结果，维护培训记录。

- 沟通组织动员员工满意度调查并跟踪改进行动计划。

- 协助人力资源经理参与员工发展回顾及人才保留计划。

- 回答员工关于劳动法或公司规章制度方面的问题。为业务部门经理/主管提供专业的人力资源建议或行动。

- 与工会协调员工关怀和帮助活动，如员工俱乐部。

- 协助人力资源经理开展员工沟通。利用多种渠道宣传公司文化比如员工大会，公告栏，简报，内网等等。

- 协助组织员工主题活动,如旅游，生日会，年会等活动。

负责SPS人力资源相关的行动。

要求:

- 本科

- 人力资源专业,管理专业, 心理学专业优先

- 英语流利

- 1~2年人事方面工作经验

- 积极,活力,学习快,团队合作能力强

Responsibilities:
- Support HR manager on the workforce planning and work closely with HR SSC on the people selection.
- Responsible for the new staff's intergration, including orientation, probation performance review，etc.
- Support HR manager on training needs analysis, producing and monitoring annual training plan. Follow up with the training result,maitain training record.
- Communicate，organize and mobilize employee satisfaction survey and follow up action plan
- Support HR manager on people review，assist to actions on talent retention
- Answer questions about labor law or company policies. Provide professional suggestions or actions to line managers/supervisors.
- Coordinate with Labor Union for working life balance and employee relations
- Support HR manager on internal communication to promote company culture by means of differenct channels, e.g.townhall meeting, notice board,newsletter, intranet
- Support on Employee activities, outing，birthday party，annual dinner etc.
- Responsible for Schneider Production System HR related actions.



Requirements :
- Bachelor degree
- Major in HR or Management or Psychology
- Fluent in oral and written English
- 1~2 years experience in HR
- Initiative / Dynamic/ Fast leaner/ Team work
